- 4 cloves garlic, crushed

Instructions:
1. Cut the Angus Picanha beef into steaks.2. Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Place the steaks in the marinade and let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
4. Preheat the grill to high heat.
5. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
6. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
