Ingredients:
- 1 kg picanha beef - Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3-4 garlic cloves (minced)
- Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the picanha beef by slicing it into 2-3 cm thick pieces, ensuring to leave the fat cap on. 2. Rub the surface of the meat with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Add the minced garlic and fresh herbs if using.
3. Allow the meat to marinate at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
4. Preheat your Weber grill to medium heat and set the grill rack in place.
5. Thread the sliced picanha onto skewers and place them on the grill.
6. Grill the meat for about 15-20 minutes, turning the skewers regularly, until the meat reaches your desired doneness (medium-rare around 55-60 °C).
7. Remove the skewers from the grill and let the meat rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
8. Slice the meat thinly and serve with your choice of side dishes.
