Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour - 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 cups plain sour cream, yogurt, or buttermilk
- 1 cup butter
- About 4 cups apple slices
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, and baking powder. 2. Add the wet ingredients (like sour cream or yogurt) and stir until a smooth batter forms.
3. Spread the batter evenly into a pie dish.
4. Arrange the apple slices on top of the batter.
