A perfect quick pie suitable for various occasions. This pie can be effortlessly made by hand without an electric mixer. Preparation Time: 50 minutes
Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 dl fine flour blend
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 150 g melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 apples, sliced
- A pinch of sugar (and cinnamon) for topping
Instructions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients (flour blend, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla sugar) together.
2. Add the room temperature melted butter and mix well.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
4. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish.
5. Arrange the apple slices on top and sprinkle with a little sugar and cinnamon.
6. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 30-40 minutes until the pie is golden brown and cooked through.
