Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 dl milk
- 1/2 dl melted butter
- 1 dl berry jam (such as raspberry or strawberry)
- Powdered sugar for decoration

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F). Grease and flour a baking sheet.
2. Whisk the eggs and sugar together until frothy. Sift in the flour and baking powder, mixing gently.
3. Carefully fold in the milk and melted butter into the batter.
4. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and level the surface.
5. Bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, until the roll cake is golden brown.
6. Immediately turn the roll cake onto a clean sheet of parchment paper and remove it from the baking sheet.
7. Spread the berry jam evenly over the top of the roll cake.
8. Roll the cake tightly using the parchment paper and allow it to cool.
9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
