Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g spaghetti
- 150 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 eggs
- 100 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. In a separate pan, cook the bacon or pancetta until golden brown. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mix with the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Drain the cooked pasta and combine it with the bacon mixture in the pan.
5. Remove the pan from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture, ensuring the eggs do not overcook.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
