A delicious and comforting pasta dish with a creamy garlic sauce. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
