Ingredients:
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
