A delicious and comforting pasta dish with a rich garlic cream sauce. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy your creamy garlic pasta!
