Ingredients:
- 12 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine) - 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring well. Allow it to simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
