Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Reduce the heat to low, then pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
