Ingredients:
- 200g pasta of your choice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic cream sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
