A delicious and easy pasta dish with a rich garlic cream sauce. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly in the sauce.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
