Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) pasta of your choice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Reduce the heat to low, then add the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
4. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese while stirring until melted and smooth.
5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the sauce.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
