Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine or any pasta of choice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the heavy cream, and bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Gradually mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
