Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
