Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In the same pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, making sure not to burn it.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
