Ingredients:

- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir well to combine.
4. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
