Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir continuously to avoid burning.
4. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
