Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the creamy sauce until well coated.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
