Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
