Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
3. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is creamy.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
