Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the creamy sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
