Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the creamy sauce.
6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
