A delicious and easy-to-make pasta dish with a rich garlic cream sauce.

Ingredients:
- 300g pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
