*Delicious and easy creamy garlic pasta perfect for a quick dinner. Serves 4. Preparation time: 20 minutes.*Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) pasta of your choice (spaghetti or fettuccine)- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir occasionally for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing well to coat the pasta with the creamy sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
