Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until well coated in the creamy sauce.
