Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy garlic sauce.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
