Ingredients:

- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat the pasta evenly.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
