Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well-coated in the creamy sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
