Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
