Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) pasta of your choice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
