Ingredients:
- 12 oz (340 g) spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Allow it to simmer for about 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce, ensuring the pasta is evenly covered.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
