Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir frequently and let it cook for about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until melted and the sauce is creamy.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the sauce until evenly coated.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
