Ingredients:

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and dried Italian herbs. Mix well until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
