Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of spaghetti - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
