A delicious and easy pasta dish with a creamy garlic sauce.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly in the creamy garlic sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
