A delicious and easy pasta dish with a rich garlic cream sauce. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
