Ingredients:
- 10 oz (280g) spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
3. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth.
