A delicious and easy-to-make pasta dish with a rich garlic cream sauce. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 12 oz (340g) pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir often for about 3-4 minutes.
4. Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the creamy sauce.
6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
