Ingredients:
- 12 oz pasta of your choice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir frequently for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet and mix until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.
6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
