Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of spaghetti - 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine with the garlic. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the creamy garlic sauce until well coated.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
