Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss well to coat the pasta with the sauce.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
