Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti or fettuccine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing well until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
