Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir continuously for about 3-4 minutes.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
