Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss well to coat in the creamy sauce.
6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
