Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine) - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well coated in the creamy sauce.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
