Ingredients:
- 300g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine with the garlic.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese while stirring continuously until the sauce is smooth.
5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well coated with the creamy sauce.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
