Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously.
4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the creamy sauce until well coated.
