Ingredients:

- 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti or fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
